On March 22-25, DCDC workers took refresher courses on carpentry and masonry. The Carpentry NC II Refresher Course & Assessment and Masonry NC II Refresher Course & Assessment were conducted by Skills Inc. Training in the Old Sacred Heart Building, Gen. Maxilom Ave, Cebu City. An assessment was conducted by TESDA after their course.
