Last November 23-24, Dakay Construction and Development Corporation underwent its 11th yearly surveillance audit for its compliance against ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System). Due to the pandemic, this is the second year the ISO audit has been conducted remotely.
Highlights of this year’s remote surveillance audit were 38 Park Avenue Project, DCDC’s Marigondon facility, and DCDC’s best practices for COVID-19 prevention.
Universal Registrars Systems Philippines (URS), the auditing body, commended Dakay Construction and Development Corporation’s commitment to continually enrolling its workforce in professional training, orientations, and courses. URS also applauded DCDC’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts despite the COVID-19 pandemic. In this year’s audit, DCDC garnered its continued certification with zero non-conformities.
