DCDC and JEG Development Corporation signed a P286-million contract for the construction of JEG Tower, a 22-storey commercial office building to be built at the Archbishop Reyes Avenue corner Acasia Street within the vicinity of the Cebu Business Park.
JEG Tower, which is set to be completed in August 2019, is to be certified LEED 2009 for Core and Shell under the US Green Building Council’s Green Building Rating System.
Jose Marko Anton G. Sarmiento, the Vice President of JEG Development Corporation, represented the company during the contract signing, while Pericles P. Dakay, PhD, the CEO of DCDC represented the company.
Also present during the contract signing were Savills Project Management (Project manager), Casas + Architects (Head Architect of JDC) and Arcadis Philippines, INc. (Quantities Surveyor Consultant).
