DCDC held a topping off ceremony for Baseline Center Project (Towers 1 and 2) on December 6, 2017, 10 months
earlier than the target completion date.
The P500 million project of Cebu Landmasters Inc, which is part of the company’s aggressive push to expand its footprint in the region, is set to be completed in September 2018. Construction started in March 2016.
The two-year project was overseen by senior manager Engr. Reginald Abellanosa of CLI together with MEPF head Engr. Celso Villahermosa, Office Engineer Rona Rhea Gimenez, Project Engineers Jayfe Dalipe and Jan Rey Kimos, Electrical Supervisor Ranell Sanchez and Site Architect Joseph Roy Ababon.
The DCDC team for the project was led by Chief Operations Officer and senior manager Archt. Manuel T. Ambos Jr., senior project manager Archt. Fortunato Pacilan Jr., project engineers Paul Antonie Armicen, Edison R. Verano, Jeffrey A Ytorcita and Vince Gerald Abella. Safety Compliance Officers Marion Rey Cubelo and Milford D. Pinatil and Dratsmen Jonryll L. Amoy and Hary P. Biore were also involved in the project.
