On March 22-25, DCDC workers took refresher courses on carpentry and masonry. Last December 8-11, DCDC invited the Philippine Red Cross to conduct a 4-day training of Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support, in the DCDC Headquarters. Depsite the COVID-19 protocols in place, the Philippine Red Cross managed to make it an enriching learning experience for all 12 employees, who all graduated as certified First Aiders.
DCDC received recertification for its compliance in ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and migrated to ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) which replaces OHSAS 18001.
