After two years of remote ISO audits, Dakay Construction and Development Corporation (DCDC) happily welcomed back the Universal Registrars System (URS) auditors for a face-to-face surveillance audit in its Cebu City headquarters. For the second straight year, DCDC garnered zero non-conformances during its surveillance audit for its compliance against ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment Management System), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
The showcase project for this audit was the New Patria de Cebu, located at the historic center of Cebu City. A notable highlight during this year’s audit was DCDC’s active participation in the community’s effort to recover from the devastating aftermath of typhoon Odette.
