Last April 19, the New Patria de Cebu broke ground in time with the quincentennial celebration of the arrival of Christianity in Cebu. This 16-storey mixed-use development project, with an area of 20,848.39 sqm., will be erected behind the original Patria de Cebu building. This project is developed by Cebu Landmasters, Inc. in partnership with the Archdiocese of Cebu.
